Holidaymaps Lda was created on the Portuguese Atlantic Island of Madeira in 2000 to provide visitors with up-to-date, easy-to-read maps, featuring hotels, restaurants, museums and other places of interest. The large-scale grid makes it simple to locate buildings in the city and means tourists are not required to remember street names in a foreign language.

The range of free maps includes: Funchal City, The Old Town (Zona Velha), Caniço and Porto Santo Island. The Restaurant & Nightlife Map is available free for all tour operators, many of which provide it to their clients soon after arrival.

Our system allows for easy customisation of the Funchal, Caniço or Porto Santo maps for hotels and tour operators.

Since its creation, we have printed over 1.2 million maps. A conservative estimate says they've been seen by 10 million tourists!
